At Joy Memories Inc, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, including the use of third-party fulfilment. By making a purchase on UKShop.joy.co you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. The shipping options available to you will depend on the size of your order, the destination address, and product availability.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is between 5–7 business days (depending on location).
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and delivery address.
2. Processing Times
Orders placed on Joy Shop will be processed as follows:
- Order Processing: After an order is placed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
- Shop Canal and Third-Party Fulfilment: As part of our partnership with Shop Canal, products ordered from our store are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers. Your order may ship separately depending on the items purchased and the supplier handling the fulfilment.
Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods (e.g., holidays) and we will notify you if any delays occur.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the size of your order. The following applies:
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to UK addresses on orders from our third-party suppliers, apart from Mama Bamboo and Modern Cloth Nappies where a £2.99 shipping fee applies.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout. Fees are determined by the shipping method you choose and the delivery address.
4. International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
5. Third-Party Suppliers
When you place an order, we partner with third-party suppliers for the fulfilment and shipping of your order. These suppliers are located within the UK and are responsible for packing and shipping the products to you.
- Multiple Shipments: If your order includes products from different suppliers, it may arrive in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment. If your order is fulfilled by multiple suppliers, you will receive separate tracking details for each package.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there are instances where delays may occur. These include, but are not limited to:
- High demand periods (e.g., holidays or promotions)
- Shipping carrier delays
- Customs processing for international shipments
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with the shipping carrier and supplier to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following details:
- Order number
- Description of the damage or missing items
- Photos (if applicable)
8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we will notify you and either reship the order at your expense or issue a refund (less shipping fees).

Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on how to return or exchange products. Returns are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our policy, including the time frame and product condition.
