Alara Organic Apple & Cinnamon Bircher

Alara's famous recipe is adapted from the original recipe by Maximillian Bircher-Benner, a Swiss doctor and nutritionist. They have combined a selection of the best organic ingredients into their Bircher Muesli to create  a nutritionally balanced recipe and a wonderfully delicious versatile breakfast. British grown, creamy organic wholegrain oats are mixed with sweet apple and juicy sultanas, sunflower seeds for texture and nutrition and sprinkled with the delicious Ceylon cinnamon.
